You can return any item for any reason within 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you have the original packaging that would be preferred but if not, it's not a big deal. I will need to find your original order so that I know how much you paid. If you can give my your order number that would be great, and or billing name for the order. I cannot seach on ship to names for the order.
Also let me know if you want a check or to refund your credit card.
If you are shipping back a complete wheel try to get a wheel box from a bike shop (they normally have them they will give you no charge). A 700C wheel goes in a box that is 24X24X6. You can get away with a box that is not that wide but you need the 24X24 dimensions. Mail is a good way to send wheels but don't use a box that is oversize because oversize boxes can double your shipping costs.
